Wireless CarPlay/Android Auto, Camera and A/V interface compatible with Audi Q3 from 2014-2018, equipped with the MMI3G system and factory NAVIGATION (PLEASE SEE NOTE).

A1 and Q3 with MMI 3G navigation use a 7-inch display and take CAN from the gateway rather than the air-conditioning panel - a detail that trips up generic install guides. This kit is built for that routing, with the microphone included as standard.
MMI 3G cars carry the radio and the screen as separate units, so we take CAN at the air-conditioning panel or gateway and transfer LVDS plus power from the back of the radio. That keeps the MMI menu and the driver information display in charge.

How it connects: CAN at the gateway; LVDS and power from the back of the radio. Nothing is flashed, nothing is coded, and the factory menu is never overwritten - CarPlay and Android Auto simply become an additional source the driver selects.
